Is there really no age limit on the international competition?

Yes, there really is no age limit on the International Competition. Any Mu Phi in good standing with the Fraternity is eligible to apply.

What format should I use to submit my recordings?

International Competition: Your audition should be submitted in a standard audio-only format. This allows for anonymous adjudication in the first round.

Young Artist Competition: Your audition should be submitted in a standard video format. There is only one round of the competition, so the recordings will not be screened blind at first, and we want to see your performance in addition to hearing it.

Can I submit multiple recordings that add up to the required time, or does this need to be all in one take?

You may submit multiple recordings that add up to the total time required for your audition. There is no need to stitch them together into a single recording, and you do not need to perform everything in one take. If you have multiple recordings, attach to your application the sharing link to a folder containing all of your audition recordings.

Do my recordings need to be accompanied?

Accompaniment is preferred but not required.
